what you say is not easy to achieve when our interlocutor is a fanatic, although keeping calm allows you not to fall into the other person's territory it is terrible to talk to a person who is a fanatic and is not able to understand the reasons, in that case it is best to avoid having to communicate and although you cannot always do it if you want to keep your mental health away from these conversations and these people it should be a priority, on the other hand there is nothing nicer than a person who knows how to listen to others.
