Hello to all members of this community, some occupations have kept me away from the networks and had not allowed me to share with you, however, I'm back. As I have already told you, I am a civil engineer and one of the things that motivates me in my profession is to look for materials, methods and new ways to build with the least possible impact on nature. This time I want to tell you about the solar paint which is an innovation in the field of civil works and also allows to generate clean energy for the planet.

The solar paint is a project developed by the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and the project leader, researcher Torben Daeneke, points out that this material has been developed using nanotechnology. The combination of titanium oxide nanoparticles are combined with a variant of synthetic molybdenum disulfide developed by the institute's researchers, this union allows capturing the water vapor present in the atmosphere condensing it to produce hydrogen fuel.

1.- It is a source of clean energy in the walls of the building that produces hydrogen fuel that can be used as a source of energy to supply the work.

2.- It is easy to apply and use. It can be applied on ceilings and walls with just the use of a brush or roller, and it does not require solar panels or complicated technology to take advantage of its energy potential.

3.- It is expected that the product can be offered commercially at an accessible price so that it can be within the reach of all those who decide to take care of the planet.

4.- There are two types of this paint, the one that reacts with sunlight producing electricity and the other whose source of action is water vapor producing hydrogen fuel. In both cases it is clean energy.

5.- It is ideal for use in areas where solar panels cannot be installed. Because, once it is spread on the surface, the nanotechnology is in charge of converting any place where it has been placed into a solar panel.
