Possessing Inner Drive
When you study people, and distinguish between the successful people, from the unsuccessful people - you'll quickly see that the main difference between these people is - inner drive. Successful people have it, unsuccessful people don't.
Inner Drive is that thing in a person, that makes them push even against all odds. It's almost like a force of desire from deep within, and the energy to keep on working even in the die minute, for a breakthrough to happen. Inner drive is that inner will.
The great heavyweight Champion boxer, Mohammed Ali emphasized that it's the will of a man, that makes him different from others; and puts him at the top. He talked about the fact that, achieving great success goes beyond having the skills.
The truth is that lots of people have skills, and are very intelligent. If it was skills and talents and intelligence that made people rich, lots of people would have been wealthy. But that's not true, it's something beyond skills that sets champions aside and above others.
And that something is - Inner drive. When you possess an inner drive you have a vision and dream to achieve a particular goals. Hence, if you want to become successful, it's much better for you to move in the career path, in which you have a great vision and dream for yourself.
That's an interesting idea. That would explain why a lot of people lacking skills get so far.
