So many businesspeople underrate the power that associating with negative people have, in pulling people down - and that's why you must run away from these kinds of people for your own sake. There is no other answer to solving this issue - just distance yourself.

You must have heard many great teachers and business leaders say that you need to choose selectively the people who you bring into your business team. Because one bad apple can affect the rest good apples. And when you notice a bad apple, you remove it instantly.

You don't negotiate with bad apples, they are already bad. Just the exact same way that you cannot make a spoilt apple fresh again, and your best option is to throw it away; that's how you shouldn't aim to fix bad people, they are spoilt from the inside.

There's a saying that, "It's almost impossible to lift up a person who doesn't want to be better in life. But that's not the same with bad people. Because bad people can pull down a person who doesn't want to be pulled down in life - if they allow them room."

This is a very serious issue, and must be treated as such. Negative people are like parasites on a plant, they want to suck all the nutrients and energy out of their host; don't let that host be you. Observe their negative behaviors for what it is - and cut them off swiftly.
