Customers satisfaction: An important aspect of business that needs to be looked into

I have heard and seen business that is booming and all of a sudden they pressed the wrong button and that is the end of the business. If we are to keep mentioning names of business that have passed away through such medium we will write more than three billion names and that won't be all. This is why good measure have to be put in place to curb such loss.

When I started my business newly I remembered how I was at first very active and humble. You have to see me looking so sharp and my care for my business was massive. One thing I love doing then was making sure that my customers were all given maximum respect and amazing treatment. This in return yield me lots of money. You have to see how all my friends who are also selling close to me were all getting jealous. They met with me to educate them on how I am doing it with my business and I make sure that I put them through on what to do.

When they met me, I make sure I showed them what is needed to be done. My number one tactics that always works out for me is treating my customers to the maximum satisfaction they deserves. When you are good in such aspect you will see your customers referring your business to more ears. You will see that you don't need to go about looking for customer, your brand name will sell itself.

Hearing this alone, many of them act wisely by indulging in such act and this boom their business massively. Let me tell you this, the essence of your business is profit making, and this profit making won't be possible if you don't have customers patronising you. This is why investing your time and attention to satisfying them is very important, simply put it will in return pay you heavily.

During the meeting I educate them on another angle other than just telling them to treat their customers well. I told them how their customers can be treated well. The reasons are found below;

  • Checking up on them: You should learn/cultivate the habit of having the phone numbers of your customers, this will in return help you to be able to reach out to them when you notice it has been long you heard from them. When they notice you always love and care for them like this they will love you in return and started patronising you in all ways. They will make sure they recommend more people to your business because of such kind hearted behaviours towards them.

  • Organising meetings: When it comes to this aspect it should be taken very serious. Now the essence of you organising this meeting is to make sure that you don't take decisions on your own. During the meeting, let us take it that you are dealing on wears and you wanted to increase the price of how you are selling it, the meeting will help in that aspect. You will be able to explain better once they are in the meeting. You will give them good reason why you wanted to increase the price of the product you are selling. Let them knows that they are the back bone of the business and it is their decisions that you will work with. You won't take decisions on your own without them knowing about it. When they will see that you are fond of doing something like this, their love for you will increase and they will love to recommend people to you.

  • Tip them: You should not be that stingy type, remember they are the reason you are making money from your business, you should be able to tip them too. Sometimes you can call them and dash them money while at times you can reduce from the amount of things they bought from you.

Conclusion

At least I have spoken a lot, it is now left for those that are into business or those who wants to go into business to hold onto this key advice very well. If you can perform this in your business, your business will hit apex within short time period.

I think the pinnacle of it all, satisfying a customer is one of the reasons why a company can be successful, that customer will be the first to promote your company for what it is and if you are good you will continue to satisfy more customers.

Customers is like the heart beat of a business without them the business cannot survive.

They are indeed the heart beat of the business
