Being a health freak, I always try to follow basic health rules which prove really helpful to stay in shape. These are the best habits that everybody must follow in their life:

  1. Drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach helps in cleansing your bowels. It flushes out all the toxins from the body.

  2. The best way to keep yourself young is to exercise. Any kind of movement keeps you active and fit.

  3. Just like our body, the mind too needs some training to sustain the tough punches of life. Meditation is a powerful tool.

  4. Having a balanced diet doesn’t mean to starve yourself or following popular trends. You can lose those extra inches by eating everything in the right quantities. Portion size does matter.

  5. Early to bed and early to rise.
