December is a month with a special energy that inspires joy and nostalgia that makes us reflect
The dynamism that this month demands makes it a time in which we live accelerated, where a lot of energy is inspired, but December is also a month that invites us all to be more subtle in relation to take time to reflect and look a little inward and to connect with our true self, look back just to think about all the things and aspects with which we have been living.
When we enter into a moment of reflection in a month like this we will be able to connect with our own self, that is to say to pursue our goals and leave behind the defeats of the past, but above all it has an additional value this type of reflections, since it is our turn to slow down in this accelerated rhythm to realize what really has value.
In particular I have much to celebrate and feel this month, since my daughter is 3 years old, she will live more closely the joys of being a child and having a gift, however I am also aware that I will have my time and place to think and live the pain caused by remembering our loved ones who have already departed to a better life. Whatever happens we must connect this month with the joys that correspond and live with the sadness that touches our souls.
