Most affordable INTEL graphics

in Project HOPE2 years ago

Greetings dear readers taking a stroll through the latest news from the world of computers I came across the release of the Arc graphics made by the American company INTEL, who have opted to bring low end graphics to the market, but still not available in shops, INTEL claims that its Arc series of graphics are made for low resources giving accessibility to low resource Gaming.

But I have a lot of questions, why is INTEL making this decision, if they are for gaming what is their range, what is the recommended resolution for gaming, what price will they be in shops?

So far we only have a small set of raw data to base ourselves on, such as that its processor handles frequencies of 2000 Ghz. Que existen dos versiones una con 4 Gb de VRAM y otra con 6 GB de VRAM, además de contar con capacidad de raytrasing.

I think INTEL made the right decision, if they mass produce these graphics cards so that they don't raise their starting prices, they could easily dominate the market, because if there is one thing I know for sure is that people don't always want the best of the best for gaming, sometimes we just want something that is just good enough.

In many cases when we talk about computers that can use 4K and 8k resolution, it's not really what we all want, people like me with 2k OR 1080p resolutions are more than enough, which makes me think that these graphics if they come out at a good price could be the best selling in history.

But everything will depend on how the company handles the sales situation INTEL, because in previous cases such as what happened with Nvidia graphics burst their prices by low production which in the end positively affected the company can increase their prices after the release of the graphics, when it is normal to lower their prices.

Currently in first world countries the prices of the graphics have begun to regularize, but nothing close to the old production prices, graphics as the 3080 still remain above 1000 dollars, which makes very complicated their purchases.

Although INTEL's strategy is bold, it seems to me that it could be a success if it is applied in the right way, by which I mean preventing its prices from rising due to scarcity.

hi @rubenp,

currently, Nvidia is leading the graphics card market along with its competitor AMD cards, if intel comes into the market people will get benefit from that competition.

greetings @ rubenp
thank you very much for sharing updated information on new technologies at the service of the customer, no doubt that when there is competition, consumers always win.
