A very curious and nice article, I must tell you that it made me smile!
Sex is very important because it helps to relax our mind, excess energy that we may have, helping us to be more centered.
Of course everything in excess is harmful, so we must maintain a balance.
Sexually active people tend to be happier, because they feel relaxed and comfortable with themselves, and of course this helps to be able to have clearer goals and take better Decisions, I have arrived, lies all the important thing about having sex.
Balance is key in life. Too much of anything is bad for health. Be it too much exercise or too much sleep. So moderation/balance is very necessary.
