1. SELF LOVE AND SELF RESPECT
No one can love or respect you like you. Your first journey towards maintaining your self worth is to love yourself and carry yourself with dignity.
This means you accept your natural make-up, the way God has designs and build you physically and otherwise. You work on what can be changed such as weight, skin tone and such like and love what cannot be changed such as height and base personalities.
2. SET BOUNDARIES
This must be done as early as possible, Don't allow everybody you meet to have full access to you and do not tell everyone everything about you.
Learn to keep people in suspense and let them work hard to crack your boundaries, when you are easily predictable, you lose charm and poise.
3. PRINCIPLES
This is a firmer hand than boundaries, you should know what you can stand for and what you can stand against and choose this early because opinions will be much and you will have a hard time when you have no principles to guide you.
Never abandon your principles for the sake of maintaining a relationship, except its necessary.
4. UNIQUENESS
Own your strengths and weaknesses, embrace your flaws and that way no one will be able to use it against you.
If you aren't tall, accept your height and when you have done that, it becomes a non issue when it comes up, whoever it is that cannot accept your height should let you be.
Never try to force or convince someone that have different values from you to start thinking like you.

Evil thoughts thrives in boredom. If you are waiting for marriage, admission or work, don't just sit and be waiting, keep adding value to your life.
Learn a skills or learn communication skills, go out of the house and find someone to teach you something and if you are staying in, your phone is a gold mine, rather than social media all day, devote some time to find a knowledge base and consume as much as you can.
Be calmly and welcoming. Don't frown your face. Only talk when is necessary.
