TRX Integration with Steem.
TRX Now a Steem Reward! Woah!
The addition of TRX rewards on Steemit will have a positive effect overall. It's actually one of the reasons I decided to come back and give Steemit another shot.
Not only should this onboard more new users, but it should also bring in some users from the Tron ecosystem who are wanting to make a few extra TRX and get into blogging.
I think some focus should be made on advertising the multiple rewards that can be made on Steemit. Not only can you make STEEM and TRX, but you can also earn some of the many tokens that are available in the different communities as well. There are plenty of different ways to earn some tokens now!
My plan for the TRX I earn on Steem is to just save them. I downloaded TronLink and will keep stacking up my TRX there and using those TRX to vote and earn some extra interest on my TRX. I've also discovered WINK. So, I'm sure I'll be doing a bit of betting too. :P
What are your thoughts on the TRX integration and what do you plan to do with yours?
I'm going to stake the TRX I earn. If the system works out well, I will also power up all my posts from now on, to maximise my TRX gain.
Yeah, I actually didn't even think of that. Doing 100% SP power up as your reward will earn you more TRX. Good thinking! 😉
Hi @nolyoi
Welcome to PH (project.hope) community :) Hope to hear more from you in the future.
My impression so far is that this integration will serve both blockchains. It had been delivered in very smooth manners, without any technical problems. Without nodes being down for a day or two (which was often the case with previous hard forks).
Communication between STINC (@steemitblog) and communities has been also performed quite well. This gives some sort of faith in future of STEEM. I think by now most of those who believed that Justin Sun is here to ruin STEEM should come to conclusion, that they were clearly wrong.
ps. check out comment from project.hope and cyu on our discord.

I'm still worried about Steem as a whole. The activity here seems to be a fraction of what it used to be. Also, compared to Hive, I seem to get a lot more interaction on my posts there.
Idk, to me, it feels like Steem is missing something. That something appears to be a more active user base.
Some stronger communities would help. Or having a way to search and sort through the various communities.
I post mostly tech and dev related things. I still haven't really found a good active community that would fit my genre of postings very well.
I wish the Steem/Hive split went a lot more civil. For me, I post on both platforms. I think they could easily co-exist and benefit from eachother.
