Certainly methane gas, which is released in livestock production units, has contributed significantly to climate change. In relation to your question, from my perspective, it is necessary to balance beef consumption, to stop consuming beef is something unthinkable, therefore, if we manage to create a balance between beef consumption and vegetable consumption, we will be contributing in the decrease of methane gas release to the environment.
