Fear can destroy a man which it can cause a man to be a failure in life. When you are fearful of certain thing you are already a servant to such a thing because it will have total power and dominion on you.

Excellent point. Lots of failures will become a fear of any human. I think they should need to take it as a learning because if you take it as a learning then it will never become your fear.
