I second all that you wrote here. Building a business is hard work, but learning about the failures and ways to navigate through them could help. That, in a way, makes starting a business early a critical task.
When a business is going to build a city, the main factor is capital, and the second is experience. If there is experience but no capital, then the opportunity to do business is very small.
