I believe there are plans already in the tunnel that has tried to incorporate some of the things mentioned here.
Akon has already established a city where the Akoin coin is the only acceptable and recognized mode of conducting a transaction.
That is very interesting. I never heard of Akon. Thank you for mentioning it! :)
