I think that the number of scam schemes sprouting in Nigeria is mostly because the general people are desperate. Interestingly, vast portion of the participants are intelligent; intelligent so much they are aware it's actually scam, but not enough to know they are always going to lose. People need to come to grasp that no real wealth comes by skipping steps.
