What if "Learning" is the parameter before purchasing a product/service?

Today, if we visit an e-commerce website, before buying anything, we go to the review section and check the rating of the product.

But not every product is reviewed, especially the products from the new brands. There are so many brands that are way better than the rest but we hardly know a handful of them.

It takes a lot of time for a new brand to make a mark as they have to compete in terms of marketing against the big brands.

So, is there a way by which a genuine seller can be identified without getting swayed away by the marketing tactics?
Many people get fooled by the advertisements and the real genuine brands are left behind.

For a particular price, a customer is always looking for the best quality.

Can the quality come from an individual who is not interested in the product? There are many individuals who have set up companies just because they saw a market gap and trying to monetize it.
In this case, will the end product have genuine quality?

The individual must be deeply connected to the product or services which is being offered?

Why is there a difference in the quality of food prepared by someone who loves cooking and someone who is just doing a job?

A person who is really into the craft is someone who is constantly learning and experimenting with new things. So what if we make these learnings as a parameter to judge the genuineness of the seller.

A platform where the economy model is linked to the learning profiles, then individuals will not have to spend money on the advertisements rather share learnings.

Your learnings will reveal your genuine interest in the product or service you are offering.
