I don't know why people will always try to scam other people, it is really the reason why no one trust each other but i will blame the victims for investing in something that doesn't have reasonable whitepaper and team behind it.
To answer your question @kenneth00, the reason once again is the codex, there are many people in the world who want to get wealth as it is, no matter who it affects or harms, it is sad but it is the reality, there are many scammers and It is our responsibility to be alert not to fall into their traps, greetings friend @kenneth00
