No, partners, this requires effort and commitment, especially from leaders. And no, it's not about being perfect, because there will always be conflicts. The important thing is how they are resolved, because that is where the true quality of a company is measured.

And what happens if there is no harmony? Well, people leave, it's that simple. And it doesn't matter if the company pays well or has benefits, because in the end, what matters most is how you feel. So, partners, let's think about this: what are we doing to make our workplace a space where everyone wants to be? Because if we neglect it, in the end there will be no company left to maintain.
