Success is directly proportional to one's capacity for risk
"Success is directly proportional to one's capacity for risk." José Carol
Hello Community, good start of the week to all. I think everyone or at least most of us want to achieve and accomplish great goals, but achieving this greatness is intimately related to taking risks, something that is not to everyone's liking.
There is a reality, and it is that if you do what everyone else does, you are going to get what everyone else has, that is, that our efforts are reflected as results in our daily lives. Of course, I know that everything has many nuances, and sometimes social conditions play an important role in the results we get, however, we can always do better, for sure.
It would be very easy to think or blame someone else, or the circumstances, when things do not go as we expect, but we must always keep in mind that this is useless, it is best to assume both the responsibility and the consequences of what happens in our lives, because only then we can get on track to achieve those goals.
But, I am talking about risks, although in principle it may not seem so, and in general terms many people always live totally restrained, without risking much or almost nothing, but pretending to achieve great things, but at least in my opinion, it is almost impossible to achieve great goals if the risks and "sacrifices" are few.
I believe that few are prepared to lose, and this is a necessary condition that we must have in us in order to succeed, don't you think?. Most of the successful people have been in loss many times, more than once they have been wrong, they have gone out of business, but there they are, many take them as examples. Besides, those great achievements that many admire are the product of much sacrifice and risk, of years of work, of years of efforts, of daring to give and risk more than most and for that reason, they have achieved much more than most, it sounds easy, right?, but we know it is not.
To take risks we must assume the consequences, which go beyond positive results, we also have to see what we do as the possibility of succeeding in what we do, but also to have a great learning, even if things do not go as we expect, because it will not always be so, in reality, things will never happen as we expect them, as we plan them, but the important thing is to keep in mind that fixed goal, believe in us and know that over time the risks we take and the effort we put in overcoming will be worth it.
For now, I say goodbye, thanking in advance all those who read me.
Have a great week ahead.

No one really achieves much success by just staying in their space of comfort but those who are able to step out and take risk are the ones who enjoy the benefits that come from it.
You simply have to take a risk.
greetings @josevas217, success in life, in any short or long project is accompanied by the effort, commitment and risk that the human being demonstrates. Of course, as long as the risk is higher, success will come with better and satisfactory results.
The detail is that many do not want to risk, they just want security.
And safe living also has its limits.
Greetings friend @josevas217, as the saying goes he who does not risk does not win, personally I believe that sometimes the risk and lose is necessary because from there you learn and I'm sure you will not make the same mistake twice, then come the successes that are expected.
Good article, thanks for sharing it.
Hello @carlir
Certainly, losses do not generate more gain in experience than gains, it is a reality.
They say that a risk-free life is not worth living.
The experiences lead us to two options: to continue taking risks because it is known and assumed that we can be victorious (or not) and even then we are willing to do it, or to stay in our comfort zone and leave things as they are.
There are several types of risks, each one brings with it a specific fear.
Happy day friend.
Yes, it's a reality @nahela, every risk brings its kind of implicit fear, but without a doubt, it's worth the risk, for living. Thanks for commenting.
There a different kind of risk actually, being able to spot the right ones is important as well.
Detecting the right risks, that's something i had not thought of, but yes, you're right. Thanks for commenting
Hello @josevas217 I loved your post, very realistic, I agree with you, it is important to take risks and with a lot of commitment, effort, dedication, and as you say maybe sometimes we will not achieve what we want, but we will always gain something and for sure at some point all the effort will be worth it...thanks for sharing!
Thank you very much for your support @yossaeluz
Yes, losing is part of life, making mistakes, it is important to accept this reality and move forward, always.
Hello friend, as always an interesting post, I am sure that taking risks motivates us to move forward and do new things, it also keeps us active and attentive to changes. But if we don't take risks we won't know what will happen, if we don't accept change we will always be in the same place. Greetings!
