For some reason I didn't read the other colors. But I will try to check them.
This can work as .a good guide because even everyone who works with people in a team should be able to read this, it will surely work for you.
The characters you mention (Mother Teresa and David) I don't really know them very well. But I do know people who have the characteristics you mentioned.
Hi @josevas217 - I find it a very useful model to help think about how I interact with different people. For example, my boss is a red and there are certain ways of dealing with red personalities. Now that I understand it better, I am able to make the relationship I have with my boss work better was as previously it was a struggle.
Mother Teresa was an amazing lady who was recognised by the Catholic church as a saint. She died quite a few years ago but I used her as an example it is not uncommon for the very caring and charitable people to be the green types.
