Currently most exchange houses have a similar registration model.
It also happened to me that I had to go to the second level, because I was going to make a retreat and I didn't know about it.
How I usually use it is Binance. But poloniex is really very comfortable and friendly.
The comfortability of Poloniex is unique, having a UI that is accessible by anyone without formal teaching on how to surf the site.
