Hello community, I hope you are having a great week, today I want to talk about something that I have particularly seen in recent months, it has been more noticeable because of the pandemic situation we are living, in which many people have become unemployed and do not know what to do. While it is true that many even when we become unemployed we take charge of our lives and look for other alternatives, this is the main reason why remote work has increased, it is also true that many people with a blue collar or employee mentality have become stuck and can't see a light at the end of the tunnel.
I want to clarify something:I have also been in a position of worker and employee, and I have learned, but at the moment when I saw myself in the need to undertake, to look for other alternatives, I did not stop, I continued until I got good options, believe me, I understand people who do not see the possibilities of growing autonomously, in view that this requires a type of mentality that not everyone has and that they do not dare to develop, I think that in a way there are some characteristic things what play against these people, but it seems that they feel very comfortable being like this.
If we work in a commercial establishment or in a company and it does not have enough sales and we are in charge of the production part, we simply know that even if it does not sell we will get paid at the end of the month or in the fortnight, whether it sells or not we will receive our salary, at least that is how it will be most of the times.
However, when we own a business, a company, any venture that depends entirely on us, this alternative of if it sells or not sells I will still get paid is not there, that feeling of uncertainty about the financial is not something that is easy to bear for most people, for this reason not everyone can be entrepreneurs, I think the main thing to do is a change of mentality, to be able to overcome all the complications that are sure to arise in the course of the road as entrepreneurs.
Undertaking is difficult, without a doubt we know that we are going to make many mistakes, that the road is not easy, that we are going to have many things against us, that it implies a process of learning and re-learning and of forgetting some patterns and mental structures that are part of that way of working as a worker.
There are even people who start in STEEMIT and think that it is only about writing and that's it, NO, there are many important things to consider, socializing, knowing the rules of the game within the platform, basic things like the use of tags can make a publication not to be seen, we know and we must keep in mind that we are not alone on the platform, that many times receiving a good vote has much to do with a luck factor, beyond the quality of our publications.
That is why it is important to make community, to comment and value other publications, to give our opinions in a respectful way through the comments, to be permanently reading, to know that every day we can learn something new, no matter how much we know about something, it will always be necessary to learn new things.
The same applies to any business, I use this platform as an example, but the reality is that everything we do in our lives we must consider internal and external factors, but above all we must know that the good roads are not easy, they have their complications but we must arm ourselves with all the tools to overcome them ...

Greetings friend @josevas217, From my point of view I would say that the mentality that should keep an employee or entrepreneur is always to give the best, although as an employee is restricted to receive orders and try to overcome as much as possible, in everything you do you must have a motivation to go ahead to grow every day more, as an entrepreneur you have knowledge which are the attitudes that you have to address so that everything goes well, thank you.
Generally speaking, I think most people are raised to be employees, not to be self-employed, and taking that step can be difficult, but it's worth it.
I agree but what applies more is when you say that entrepreneurship is difficult, and yes it is very difficult but the one who does not risk, neither wins nor loses the important thing is to start and especially the learning process in which we must be very clear that this is the most important thing learning.
We have to learn, of course, we can't be playing luck, that's a very important factor.
No doubt my friend, entrepreneurship is not something easy, and when you are an employee who enjoys a certain stability and you want to move into the world of entrepreneurship, the process of building the business must be accompanied by a change of mentality, otherwise endure the uncertainty generated by depending on the volume of sales will not be easy and end up demotivating the entrepreneur.
That's right my friend Emilio, if we start a business with an employee mentality, we will surely be just a self-employed, condemned to work much more than when we were dependent.

I admire employees who have a good business zeal and are always interested in the growth of the business instead of just considering the paycheck alone.
Yes, that is to be admired, a person who is completely dedicated to the job, especially if we are business owners that kind of employee is very necessary.

Greetings friend @josevas217, many times it is difficult to start a venture and start thinking as an entrepreneur, that would be to have a financial freedom, no doubt there are many ways but few see it, in my particular case it took me a little to see it but I found it, and ventures are easier when we have the support of some people who guide us, thanks for bringing this publication.
