it is necessary that agribusinesses take actions, such as analyzing corporate social responsibility as a competitive advantage in the specific regions where they operate, in the search for answers to a series of questions of labor nonconformity that lead to low yields.
I think this is where we need to adopt farm mechanization in agri business to reduce drudgery and to increase the productivity of agricultural products.

@hardaeborla, first thank you for your good wishes, in this mechanization and labor segregation, agribusiness owners are obliged to establish mechanisms to change the deplorable working conditions of their workers, this if they want to increase their economic returns. Thank you for reading my post.
