I always presume mars to be the only planet that has similar characteristics with the earth and this is why some people do call it the earth twin due to the identical or similar features it possess when compared to earth.

Mars was believed to have water and was later debunked but soon scientist said there was a probability that the planet had water but the water can’t be liquid water on the surface due to the temperature change but rather iced water under the Martian ground or sub glacial lake at 1.5 KM below the surface of the martial ground at the southern pole of the planet.

If every water available in Mars appears to be in ice form or ice crystals then it implies that the temperature will be very low for human condition. The Mars might be a bit conducive for humans since it has some features or characteristics present in earth.
