May 1st in Venezuela, a day to celebrate?

In Venezuela, as in many countries around the world, they commemorate May 1 as Workers' Day, I know that many know why it was agreed that day to establish a holiday in honor of workers. But this time I want to write to talk about how in a country that for many years was considered one of the richest countries in Latin America, unfortunately today it has the lowest salary in the continent, since estimated in dollars the basic salary is 15, 30 dollars.

As a legal professional I do not depend on a salary, however the ability of Venezuelans to pay professional fees has reduced the influx of jobs.

For a long time before, I have lived with various incomes, in addition to exercising my profession, I am a merchant, this has helped me to sometimes earn 60 times the basic salary and at best 100 times the basic salary, but still The economy of Venezuela presents itself with the highest inflation in America and in the world, yes, it seems impossible but in Venezuela an inflation of 290% has been reported, however in the year 2018, 2019, 2020 it exceeded 500% of Inflation index.

That is why to this day there are more than 7 million Venezuelan migrants worldwide, according to the latest report, these 7 million are migrants who have been registered in the different countries that are part of the United Nations, but not It is known how many illegal migrants who remain outside of any entity that registers their existence have managed to leave and remain in different countries of the world. It has been pointed out that it is the largest mass of migrants in history and the only one that comes from a country that is not at war, surpassing even the Cuban migration, La Judaica from the German persecution, even only equals the migration of Chinese who It surpasses it because it is the longest time migration, that is, the Chinese are over 80 years old with migration recognized for political reasons.
