I agree that if we maintain and take care of our body and our physical and mental health, we will obtain many positive benefits in our daily life. Sometimes it happens to us that we only dedicate ourselves to work and forget important things, such as setting aside a day off for ourselves to do any activity that makes us feel happy and relaxed. I believe that we must take into account the factors that influence us to lead a balanced life.
