Hello friend, I think you are very right, many times we punish ourselves with very negative thoughts about ourselves and we don't give ourselves the opportunity to try. Although in my opinion many of those things come from our childhood, maybe someone at some point in your life made you see that you were bad at such things and so you decided to stop.

It is important to trust us and to ignore certain criticisms.
