HOW TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS?

Hello dear dear friends, I hope you are safe and that you are full of good energy to achieve all that you want. First of all, we must KNOW WHAT WE WANT IN LIFE.

Particularly recently I felt lost, I didn't know where to go, life was passing by and I didn't know what to do to feel productive. Today I know what I want, where I want to go, what things I want to achieve and how I want to achieve them. My focus was lost when I decided to emigrate, I think that made me realize that I had no other purpose than to be a doctor, but once I became a doctor and I could not practice in another country, I did not know where to go.

VISUALIZING IS ANOTHER TOOL THAT CAN NOT HELP TOO MUCH IN OUR LIFE, to believe that we can go far and know that there are many possibilities, that we can achieve everything we want, that we set the limit. That is the problem of most people who do not know how to visualize and do not believe in themselves.

ANOTHER TOOL WE CAN USE IS TO LISTEN TO AUDIOS ABOUT THE THINGS WE WANT TO ACHIEVE, positive audios that activate our mind and help us to change those bad thoughts. That give us good ideas, that improve our attitude towards life.

POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS ARE KEY, our mind can be molded, we can enter it and change the way we see things and how we see ourselves. Saying nice things to ourselves and encouraging ourselves is crucial, we can all achieve what we want, we just have to do it.

MAKE A DREAM MAP, it is something very nice and key, I practice it, I already have mine, in a visible place to see it every day, there you can capture those dreams, those goals you want to achieve and break them down. You can divide them by stages, for example, FAMILY, ECONOMY, HEALTH, PARTNERSHIP, WORK, in short, you can put everything you want and so you can see at the end of your year everything you achieved and what you did not achieve.

WRITING YOUR TASKS OR HAVE A PLANNER, are good strategies to organize ourselves better and be as productive as possible, is something that I also practice, I also have my agenda where I write everything I want, my goals, dreams, daily objectives, my habits, in short, an agenda is crucial to organize our days, weeks and months.

I hope these strategies will help you to achieve everything you want to achieve this year 2022. IT IS NOT DIFFICULT, WE JUST HAVE TO BE PERSISTENT AND CONSTANT!

one of the things i liked about this article is the importance you give to having an agenda in which you can keep ideas. for the last few months i have been keeping a record of my activities, this allows me to follow up on my goals. i think it is very important to have a record of your habits and the results that those habits produce. this way you can modify your results if you modify your habits.

Hi @franyeligonzalez, no doubt we all set goals, and maybe seeing that they are not met by some circumstances makes us feel lost, but it is necessary to get back on track, and are good tips you share to do so, set a new goal and plan how to achieve it depends on a lot of motivation, so visualize the goal and be filled with positive thoughts is essential.

One thing that I have noticed is that a lot of people always set goals and ambitious but at the long run they are not able to achieve those goals perhaps due to them not been able to back it up with the necessary strategies needed to achieve those goals

To achieve a goal is not easy, sometimes it feels like any time you want to achieve that goal there are external forces preventing that from happening which could just spoil your plans to achieve your goal
