Today I want to talk about another topic related to finances, on the one hand we have the LIABILITIES that will not generate any profit, for example, a house or a car (depending on what you use it for) and on the other hand we have the ASSETS, which will generate money and it is on them that I want to focus today.
We all need to diversify our income, having several sources to generate money, is the ideal to have a good quality of life and maintain a stable economy. I am going for that, it is one of my big goals, to not have to worry about money anymore. For some people still talking about money is a taboo and they think that having money is bad, I recommend them to solve their problem and their relationship with money, without money there are very few things we can do to have comfort, although it is not everything, it is a very important component.
Among the assets that I want to mention we have....
CHARGE FOR YOUR CREATIONS, this can be a passive income (i.e. you don't have to invest your time to get profits) in the medium or long term, of course, at the beginning it requires your dedication but once the work is done it can guarantee a constant income, for example, creating content on the internet, youtube can be a good source of passive income. And you don't need so many skills or so many tools to start.
REAL ESTATE, this can be a semi-passive income because it requires an investment and then a possible maintenance, but it still generates profits. Many people buy houses to be able to rent them later and sincerely it seems to me a good business.
BUYING COMPANY STOCKS, many of them generate annual profits and this can represent a good income when you are a great investor. Maybe for many people 8% a year is nothing, but it is much more than what you can generate if you have your money still or in a bank. You just have to be patient and have a long term vision.
CRYPTOMONDS, the sensation of the moment and the future, I think we all know the importance of this and that we can generate a lot by investing, buying or selling these coins. It is all a matter of educating yourself and knowing the market.
CREATE SOMETHING THAT SOCIETY NEEDS, if you have a product you can exploit its potential and also generate a lot of profits, not only today but for many years to come. This is something that many well-known brands have done and we are partly responsible for their success.
CREATE A SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS YOU TO HAVE EMPLOYEES AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, many people have started their business from scratch and often had to sacrifice hours and effort, but after you create a system that can work without your presence, you create a totally passive income for you. You can also provide jobs and help society.
