I had a chance to have some fun with my friend Emily in the last week. We went on a small trip where we enjoyed lots of things like boating, tracking and lots of site seeing. I had not much money. So, I was reluctant to go with them. However, my friend Emily and her mother encouraged me to go. I thought that I am not getting rich soon, so there is no harm on spending a portion of my savings for enjoying life. I agreed and went with them. We enjoyed a lot and this trip re-energized me profoundly. It would have been a bad thing if I had missed the chance. I would have regretted it.

It is not necessary to become super rich to enjoy life. I am not saying that money is not important. Yes, it is very necessary for enjoying life as someone who is poor, she always struggle for survival. We cannot travel, eat or live without money. But, we can enjoy even if we don't have much money. We can adopt minimalist lifestyle and enjoy.

Emily and I booked a trip through an agent who is known to Emily's mother. As we didn't have much resources, we already told him that we won't give him much for travel arrangements. Also, we took minimum luggage with us and stays in places which were free of tourists as it was the off season. Because of off season we got a nice discount on hotel room rents and boating etc. We shared the room which allowed us to save more. We didn't go to the expensive restaurants for food. Instead we took some stuff with us packed from home and also went to the restaurant which had low price range without compromising the quality of the food.

So, in this way we managed to enjoy in our small savings. It was a remarkable experience for me. I had not thought that it might be so pleasurable. Thank you Emily for giving me such a great chance. This trip also gave me a lesson that we can enjoy life despite of having limited resources.
