One of the priorities of any company must be the welfare of its workers, since they are its main asset, and therefore it must guarantee adequate working conditions, including the right to information, which is an essential condition for participation. If you are not well informed, participation in the affairs of the company makes no sense, or worse, the worker runs the risk of being manipulated.
@emiliomoron, in any business strategy the welfare of their workers should be a priority, unfortunately some entrepreneurs do not see it that way, and end up subtracting productivity to their business. Thanks for commenting.
