Without a doubt, having a sense of purpose in business helps us connect with the customer's emotional sense, it is a way of expressing that as a company you do what you do for someone else, like the examples of Ford and Disney, something that directs your efforts in achieving success. And in all aspects of our lives, the sense of purpose is more important than how it will be done, because precisely this defines the north, without a clear purpose any plan lacks a compass and any effort dissipates.
