I love the last point, we have the usual habit of beating up ourselves over the things we cannot possibly change, when all we need to do is to accept things the way it comes, work on the ones that are within our capacity to control and then move further from there.
I like to say when we can't change it, then it is best that we move on. Thanks for reading
I also like that point very much. You can't change it, just move on and don't get stuck in depressed, for something you can't change
