Scheduling:Time Management and Productivity Part 2
In the first part of this post, we look at the prioritisation time management strategies. Today we are going to look at how to schedule our time for proper time management, and we will also look at some of the methods we can employ to achieve this. Effective and successful people in life are people that schedule their time and avoid time wastage, and this is achieved by using different tools. Let us look at the methods for time scheduling.
Time blocking
In this method, a specific time is allocated for each task that we want to execute; the use of calendars helps a lot to achieve this.
Pomodoro Technique

This method works in a way that we will work for 25 minutes and take a break interval to refresh our mind and brain. The breaks are short breaks.
Daily and Weekly Plan
This method works with the setting of clear goals and the revealing of the goals to see if we have achieved them. These goals can be set daily or weekly.
When it comes to time blocking, the Pomodoro technique, and daily or weekly planning, we have different tools that can be used to plan our schedule properly, and some of them are Notion, Todoist, and Trello. Asana, Google Calendar, and even Outlook for can be use for scheduling. And when it comes to time tracking tools like Clockify and Toggl, they can be used to track the time and schedule our time properly.
Scheduling of our time daily is one of the best way of managing our time effectively and overall manage our life.
