Currently, organizations have been largely influenced by the complexity of labor relations among their workers, which are being influenced by the economic, political and social trends and transformations inherent to development and globalization, which could cause business success to be undermined.
However, it is important to emphasize that the challenges that are currently posed are a great burden of stress for most people and, in response to this, it is necessary to promote the ability to be resilient, which means going through the challenges as naturally as possible, maintaining the good level of interpersonal relationships, quality of life at work, performance, productivity, which despite the difficulties promoted by the new millennium.
That is why resilience is not only important for the individual himself but also for society in general, as it promotes resilient factors that allow people to cope with adversity and emerge renewed from it will produce an improvement in the quality of life of the whole society.
That is why we must take into account that it is a work psychology, and serves as a tool that gives a competitive advantage to the work group, i.e. within the organization to beneficially influence individual and group work performance.
