INTRODUCTION
Just yesterday, I had the pleasure to get to know someone who is quite familiar with blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency space. After our chat ended, I received an email with a few interesting questions, which inspired me to launch another small challenge. A challenge that gives you the opportunity, dear readers, to share your knowledge as well as to earn a solid upvote (50-100k SP) on your comment.
I myself found some of those questions to be quite challenging and they may require some imagination. Hopefully I got your attention already :)

MY PERSONAL ANSWERS
I wrote my own answers to all those 3 questions in the comment section below. However, I would like all of you to share your own thoughts before checking my comment.

Regarding the questions, here are my answers:
Well, because I live in Venezuela, it is quite known that we are one of the countries with the most boom regarding the use of cryptocurrencies and his generation, since due to the crisis we face we have found novel forms of investment and businesses using them.
Among the novel and numerous ways that h handled during these years, I can say with great confidence that the use of steemit has been my favorite, although I have used Splinterlands (with excellent results), and also Telegram through the theme of the different channels that offer news about the new Airdrop which has really made a major difference.in my income. They really are very simple and interesting ways to get a systent during crisis situations, even more so in moments as it is in the you need to work remotely.
I will always choose to Stake and invest in power up here in steemit 🔥🙂.
Well my references without a doubt are @ned that I managed to create this invaluable platform, that supports thousands of people.And of course @crypto.piotr who has shown be an excellent leader, leading from the beginnings (I still remember those times when that made databases for him, about steemit users, what as I remember it was there's beginning of this great project),which now has a huge momentum is one of the most important references among different communities that make life on this blockchain. Impressive work Piotr, thank you very much for all the knowledge you offer us 👍
Well, I have no doubt that Defi and steemit will be (and are) protagonists i.pirtsntes and surely the m valuable to reach that future. I am optimistic about it and I wholeheartedly recommend to any user who the moment to invest time, money and effort is right now, since from here to 5 years the earnings that could be have they are simply going to be gigantic, the learning curve demonstrates it, but of course this is only the humble opinion of steemit user for 2 years.The world in 5 years will be managed by Defi and IOT and I definitely feel very excited about it.

-What is the best way to spend your first crypto?
Surely the great gurus of the economy and the main development will say something like the best thing is not to spend the best is to re-invest, I think that would be the smartest thing to re-invest in the same token or enter is not a bad idea, however I would say that acquiring something that you were wanting or waiting for a long time, would make you more aware of the potential of cryptocurrencies, in me I almost spent the first cryptocurrencies that I earned on food and to be honest, I have not spent cryptocurrency on something other than food is my dream accumulate as many tokens as possible.

Apart from justinsun I do not know another great name, perhaps that of @ned creator of steemit and of course the angel who saved my life @crypto.piotr

How is the crypto world going to look like in 5 years and what are the most important initiatives today that will take us there?
I can imagine something very organized in 5 years, governments will have strict regulations for cryptocurrencies but it will be a victory for us, for humanity in general because the benefits that are enjoyed today in cryptocurrencies will not be lost, on the contrary I can To anticipate thinking that central and private banks will go in that direction, the direction of financial freedom, of economic freedom, I assume that banks to be competitive will absorb typical characteristics of the blockchain.

I salute the PH community, I like the challenges we can win with as we learn, my answers are based on my life with cryptocoins and my relationship with the block chain a relationship that is more emotional than logical.
What is the best way to spend your first cryptography?
Considering the factors that led me to the crypto coin ecosystem, it is very easy to answer that question. For me, the best way to spend the coins is to buy food, medicine and pay for basic services. I think it is the best way to spend for three reasons:
1- allows you to understand that if it is possible to live off this ecosystem and that coins are real money that you can use to cover your expenses month by month, from my point of view the most difficult thing for people is to see for themselves that coins are money and that nowadays the forms of payment have evolved, referring to the BTC as real money is something "easy to say difficult to understand
2- if you can pay for all your cats month by month by passively generating coins you will achieve the much desired financial freedom that is more feasible to achieve through coins than with traditional methods.
3- Knowing that your money does not lose value because of bad policies by a group of people is something that allows you to sleep peacefully, I understand the risks of the market but if you generate more than $300 in coins you can live in any Latin American country.
Who are the leaders of the cryptography industry in your opinion and why?
It is relative to say who is the leader, since in the coin ecosystem there are many paths and each path has its own leader. Characters like "Vitálik Buterin" leading the smart contracts or "The Winklevoss twin brothers" seeking the acceptance of the BTC by the US. They are just one of the many leaders leading this industry, so I believe that there is no single leader as there is no single path.
What will the world of cryptology look like in 5 years and what are the most important initiatives today that will take us there?
Some time ago I read a Chinese saying "it is difficult to predict, especially the future of things". I can't know what the future holds for the coins, but if I can say that this is what I expect from me in 5 years in the coin world, I see myself with an investment portfolio which generates more than 10k a month, i believe that i will be able to help entrepreneurs in developing countries to overcome their shortcomings, these are my plans and my goals now if i were to talk about which technology in the near future will be the most profitable i believe that block chain based (IA) is something that will generate a lot of money in the coming years.

Answer:
I will say that question looks a bit confusing to me though but I will say to the point I understand it, in what way can you spend your first Crypto been earned.
Well to me, the best way is getting something valuable, durable to always remember. That kind of feeling one will always Get to feel that you bought this with your first Crypto whenever you stare at it. Or perhaps you can find a cool join, bar, beach and get to relax your head and feel been at the top of the world with your first Crypto .

I believe crypto industry leaders are people who are leading the crypto space in terms of the recognition they have gotten, the influence they have been able to build around their name.

How is the crypto world going to look like in 5 years and what are the most important initiatives today that will take us there?
One of the thing I am always certain of is that the future is great for Crypto space. Now take a moment to reflect back to give years ago, the position the Crypto world is and compare it with now and you will see a massive difference and growth couple with development witnessed in the past five years. Now in the next five years to come. Definitely the Crypto space will witness a great development, growth and adoption that will take the crypto space to the higher next level.

What is the best way to spend your first crypto?
I would look for a way to make more money with it. Why? Because crypto market is way more volatile than stock market and so, you can see some overreaction on the market from a far, and you already know what the market will look like in few days or so... Otherwise you have some financial indicators to give you a clue. So I recommend to play a little. Little bit of stacking and little bit of trading. And also try to buy something cheap. Just so you will get a grip.

Who are the crypto industry leaders in your view and why?
I can only name a few, I know. And those are Blockchangers, Soulab, Unicsoft, and the old company Altoros. They deliver smart contract solutions, build dapps, consolidate... Why? Basicly those companies are massively bringing blockchain technology to every company (one way or the other). Companies are bringing this technology to their workers... see where I'm going with this?

How is the crypto world going to look like in 5 years and what are the most important initiatives today that will take us there?
I guess corporations and big banks will try to take over most users with their centralised systems. But I think that's too late, because most people who already use cryptocurrencies daily, will not go into the system where someone can just block your acccount. I think crypto world will be a lot more ...let's say useful for masses and easier to use. Cryptocurrencies will be many times trading between friends instead of central bank currencies. Because by that time, people will know better how to use them further. And most important initiatives today are to make usefulness outside of web in real life...happen. I am talking about local shops, all kind of services including tourism....where you can pay with your crypto if you want. I am talking about stacking your cryptocurrency on you favourite hairdresser account, so you will always have 20% off... did I go too far? :)

-What is the best way to spend your first crypto?
I wouldn't spend the first cryptography I received, but I tried to study and see what project other than steemit might be appropriate to increase my holdings and gradually start diversifying my portfolio.
A good investor knows the importance of diversification and above all the initial sacrifice that it costs to get hold of capital in order to generate more resources.
We must study and train ourselves in the cryptographic world because it will be the future of finance at a global level.

I will not answer question B) because I do not have the appropriate knowledge and I do not want to risk for the sake of risk.

How is the crypto world going to look like in 5 years and what are the most important initiatives today that will take us there?
Personally, I think that in 5 years time cryptomonics will be massively adopted as a payment method or even as a standardization of relative prices worldwide.
Cryptography is here to stay and in a very short time it will transform the traditional financial system. Like everything new it offers some resistance, but the trend will definitely go towards cryptography and especially towards blockchain technology.

1.- What is the best way to spend your first crypto?
Personally, I think that the best investment is to buy the same token or a variety of tokens that generate a good return on investment in an acceptable period of time, since I believe that not all the income resulting from the economic movement in cryitoactives should be to be spent on its entirety. When I joined steemit in a short time I participated in 2 spud4steem investing all the SBD I had at that time and I think the results obtained have been great.
2.- Who are the crypto industry leaders in your view and why?
At this moment I do not remember in Venezuela any leader in the cryptoassets industry.
3.-How is the crypto world going to look like in 5 years and what are the most important initiatives today that will take us there?
In just under 5 years, the most likely thing is that economic transactions will be carried out with crypto assets, because this trend is here to stay, the blockchain is what makes these transactions more reliable and secure. And considering this, the best initiative is to buy cryptocurrencies, keep savings in cryptocurrencies, find alternatives where you can generate income paid in tokens and never have all the crypto assets stored in one place (as we do with savings in banks)

First of all, you lured me into this post with the title, anyway is nice.
#Question A: The best way to spend my first crypto is for me to reinvest part of the earnings into something profiting. Maybe business while the rest part will be used to get myself some treat.
#Question B; Who are the crypto industry leaders in your view and why?
Leaders in cryptocurrency are people who have impacted the system in one way or the other. As for me, I will choose Ned and Dan of steemit. The reason I am choosing them is because they are the one that built a system that rewards users for what they post. It is through steemit that I was able to know what Cryptocurtency is and steemit is my first love.
Another person I will mention is @crypto.piotr. If you are privilege to meet this man, you should count yourself lucky. He is a rate gem who has impacted the blockchain positively.
#Question C; How is the crypto world going to look like in 5 years and what are the most important initiatives today that will take us there?
Change is the only constant thing in life, in 5 years time, I am seeing crypto getting more use case and solving more life problem. The constant update and invention is what will take us there.

Question A:
I already spent my first crypto to buy some other crypto. Yea, I believe in this stuff! Once it moons and you can afford that Lambo, go buy something practical. Perhaps something that will provide a steady cash flow. Forget about that Lambo, it's just a money-pit.
Question B:
I'm terrible with names and hardly know anyone in the crypto-world. The only name I know is Vitalik of Etherium fame. I watched an interview of Vitalik's father and either he's a great PR man or just a really nice guy. He convinced me that Vitalik has honorable intentions and is truly working to make the world a better place. Who wouldn't want to support such a noble cause? I bought some ETH.
Question C:
I think the crypto-world will look much like it does now in another 5 years. People will still be looking for that magic coin that will 1,000X their investment. They will still play the market and someone will always be trying to scam you out of your money.
I expect that we will have better user interfaces to make dealing with crypto much easier than it is now. Wallets that consolidate the various coins and take the hassle out of managing all the various coins will be most popular. More merchants will begin accepting crypto directly, but it will not be mainstream yet. There are too many coins and making wallets/payment gateways for each one is far too cumbersome. An automated exchange may be required so that customers can pay with their chosen currency/coin and the merchant will receive just the one coin they prefer.
I suspect that while some new coins will appear, a large number of coins will disappear as the strongest coins make the others irrelevant.
Bitcoin might still be the dominant coin, but the lead it has will shrink as other coins gain media attention. The public will become aware of the fact that there are other crypto-currencies besides Bitcoin.

Feelings are not easy to control. And when we know we should be doing something that has more importance, there needs to be some mechanism that encourages us to do the proper thing.
