Reasons why I believe that mental barriers are a problem for our personal development
Personally there is a particularity of life, in which many times I have felt that something stops my personal development, the bad thing is that it seems that it was an invisible entity that stops me and prevents me from moving forward, but the reality is that there is nothing invisible about it.
What happens is that with my lack of understanding I end up making invisible what I do not understand, but once I made a reflective analysis of my inner self, I realized that it is factors such as my fear of failure that limits me.
That is when I came to the conclusion that there is no invisible entity that prevents us from moving forward, it is ourselves with our inabilities that trigger unfounded fears that lead us to some limitations that make us have a false perspective about ourselves.
