Constantly assessing my environment in control of my emotions
Although we want it, in many circumstances we cannot control what happens around us, since many things that happen in our environment do not depend on us, however what we can do is to control our thoughts associated with the events that occur around us.
In my personal life I have lived in my own flesh what is the indignation for injustice, so at the same time I think it is something that does not depend on me 100%, however what I have learned that depends on me is to control my emotions derived from these events, especially to act with patience to wait for the time in which my life can turn around and I can begin to act in a balanced relationship between what happens in my environment and control my emotions.
