Imagine if you're a multi billionaire, you have everything that anyone can dream of, super fast cars, mansions, and also a great loving family, friends that love you unconditionally and much more.

But, you're laying on the bed in an intensive care unit, you have serious diseases because all the food you've ever eaten was unhealthy food, your lungs are virtually not working because of all the smoking you've done, and you're 100 kilograms over your optimal weight because you never worked out, your brain is severly damaged because you never slept well in your life.

Is this a life you'd like to live? Despite all the possessions would you ever say: "I want to be that person?" I'm sure the answer is no, even though in this hypothetical example; you have everything that you now dream of, and think that you'll be super happy when you have these things.

The fact is; health is your most valuable asset alongside with your time, and that you can never live a happy life if you aren't in good health and shape no matter your possessions, and that you'll probably choose poverty and health over riches and bad health.

So, why do we ignore eating healthy, sleeping well and exercising? Why do we damage our health with smoking and staying up late? Why don't we prioritize our health if it matters that much? These are all questions we need to find answer for!

I will never wish to be that billionaire because like they always say, health is always wealth. What is the usefulness of money that does not have health therein. Health will always be wealth

Exactly, I'm happy that my article was clear enough because that was the answer I hoped I'd get. Thank you for reading the article thoroughly
