As per my understanding it's a game plan of China to spread covid and then provide help to the nation as they are in slowdown. As I know Venezuela is having huge oil as I think they are looking for oil from this aids provided.

Right, Venezuela signed agreements with China that put our nation at a disadvantage, since the Chinese Government is authorized to operate facilities of our state oil company.
