An optimistic entrepreneur: naive or visionary?

When a tile falls from height of your roof top, this means a good opportunity to see ten thousand stars in the sky.
In a world that we claim to be in crisis on all frequencies, it is impressive to see how optimism is a commodity . When I was writing the title of this post an the article, I had the curiosity to Googling the browser for optimistic entrepreneur and what was my surprise to obtain more then 1,600,000 results.
In this current real marketing world. We speak a lot about different personalities development like soft skills. Optimism is the best skills in all of them. It should even be at the top of the list because it brings energy, vision, charisma, empathy. Which is good for health and contagious and help us in development.
Recently a platform, Business & Optimism , animates and supports in india a network of business leaders who share the same convictions and wish to place optimism at the heart of the company .
Some of the positive questions that will be focused.
Are you an positive optimistic and a good entrepreneur?
Do you feel that mistakes are a good learner and part of development?
Do you choose objectives in terms of progress , of meeting needs?
Create a positive corporate culture , where everyone can flourish and find what they are looking for

A good entrepreneur should always have a positive vibes so that he can guide his army to success. If a person have faith in his vision and have positive feelings he will be getting successful in every field of work.

Well said. Optimistic Entrepreneur always go a long way in achieving success than an ordinary Entrepreneur because the act of been optimistic keeps them going and they believe that failure is the part of ladder to climb to hit the top
Nicely said although failure shouldn't be an option sometimes it is inevitable so when it arise in any business it should be taken as a lesson and a better improved approach of tackling such problem will be considered.
Entrepreneurs and optimism should be intertwine for business to grow we need to be optimistic as well.
It's so hard to be an entrepreneur sometimes. The hardest thing is to balance all what's needed. Only those who are able to give each aspect what it deserved became successful in the end !
From my perspective, the entrepreneur must be visionary, because the visionary entrepreneur bets on good businesses when nobody believes in them.

Although some see optimism as something romantic, unrealistic and "soft", in a bad way, but if we practice it and apply it to our lives in a conscious and effective way, we will see positive results. Optimism is an attitude, a different and positive outlook on life. Those who practice it are destined to achieve what they set out to do or, failing that, to learn from that experience even if they do not achieve the initial objective.

The key for success will always be discipline, preparation and constance. And to bring any project to reality one have to keep in mind that it won't come easily and in a short term. That's why real entrepreneurs have a vision on what they want in the end, a result that fills their expectatives and let them get closer to the goal they've set much before they've started.
A real entrepreneur could seem to be naive on the eyes of common people, but only a structured project can be reached to its full potential with the passion and support of its creator.
The world that surrounds us has been made possible due to the vision and discipline of common people doing extraordinary things.

Certainly we must be optimistic at all times but always with a good dose of reality because I have met optimists who travel in a cloud and close their eyes so as not to see the problems they have to face. At that point perhaps they should stop calling themselves optimists because optimism should be seen as my attitude with the ability to respond positively even in the midst of difficulties, but always with "feet on the ground and eyes on the sky.
