How to Stay Motivated During Your Fitness Journey
Over the time, I have seen a lot of us have heard about the benefits of doing a particular thing but at the end of the day, we did not do it. It is not that we do not have passion or desire to do that but at the end of the day we are not consistent or because we lack the motivation to keep going.
One of the things I have seen that we talk about in our society is we always talk about the need for us to exercise and fit but even though some of us start along the way whether by running, by joking or whatever but at the end of the day, I discovered that a lot of us are not been consistent to keep going and at the end of the day, we are so tired.
That is actually how it is been done. When you start your fitness journey, trust me there is everything that will fight your motivation to keep going. Either you are putting in the effort and it seems like it is not working or probably it is working but not actually producing the result you desire. But can I tell you that at the end of the day, you will see that it is worth it.
There are actually season in my life that I will have wished I did some things right but at the end of the day, I did not later do it. It is quite painful right but that is just the truth but well I have been taught not to live in regret but always to be optimistic about the future and what it has to offer to me at the end of the day. Instead of me murmuring, I remain focused about the goal.
If you want to start your fitness journey, you need to set goals as those goals are the ones that will keep you motivated. Any day you look at those goals, you are motivated to keep going even though you are discouraged or frustrated along the way.
