We need to be ready to improvise
I've lived through a very stressful week-end. Switzerland, the country I'm living in has gone through the pandemic quite well so far but things have turned for the worse quite drastically. Politicians have waited to long to take measures and now they are implementing new measures at a very fast rate.
I have an offline business and these decisions have a big impact on my business. I had to implement mask obligations two weeks ago and on Friday I had to close down my business because they way I was running it was not conform to what the authorities demanded. On Sunday I got the ok to open again with very specific instructions. I got these instructions at 10 a.m. and had to implement them within half an hour. You bet that I was improvising a lot.
Improvisation in a very fast changing world
As a company owner there is only one security nowadays and it is that nothing is sure at all. I need to improvise on a daily basis. I can't plan, I can't invest, I have to react constantly and improvise.
Improvisation needs information
I also realized that in order to improvise, we need to have the necessary information to go forward. We need to have a plan about where we want to go but we also need to have an open mind in order to adapt.
This is also true for our journey on steem. So much is happening on the blockchain and we need to know about it. We need to understand how things are evolving and what bears a lot of potential. Therefore I believe it's always a good idea to have a look at the most trending posts to see what is new.

Dear @achim03
Solid piece of read buddy. As always.
I'm sorry to hear that you're going through difficult time in your life. This pandemic is surely going to cause many businesses to fail and I'm terrified thinking of "economic tsunami" which is ahead of us.
After all - C19 and current crisis is like a devastating earthquake. Tsunami is always usually worst than earthquake itself, but it comes with some delay.
The most difficult part for small and medium size businesses is lack of certainty. Our goverments seem not to have any planning and are making decisions day by day, not giving people and business owners time to adjust.
This uncertainty is a killer :/
One thing I'm pretty sure, that such an uncerain times are good for those who are capable of adapting.
ps. what is lbry.tv? I've never seen that site before.
Have a great sunday :)

Hi man,
Thanks a lot for your kind words. C19 is definitely a tsunami in a hidden form. I don't where this will lead us but I'm not very positive about the economy in general.
Lbry is a kind of video platform like youtube but blockchain based. You can post videos there and you get LBC the local currency each time people watch your videos. You can then stake these LBC on your videos so that are better found on the site.
I manage to earn some crypto using Lbry.
