Contest : The exciting place I have been at in my country.

Hello everyone hope you are all doing great and are ready to participate in this contest
Great appreciation go to @ yohan2on for giving us this opportunity to participate in this contest and am very grateful to be among the lucky few ones to participate.

Mean while I love hanging out from resort hotels because of the conducive environment most resorts have and the delicious food🤣

Actually in my country uganda I have been to a lot of amazing places that I can not mention all of them since I have to choose the best place out of the many I have visited.

Before I mention my best place that I have been too in Uganda, I would like to share with you some other cool places that I have visited before the lock down and they are very cool places to hang out with friends

First and foremost I spend most of my holidays in Iganga and in most cases all my free time I spend it hanging out with friends in various cool places where a person can go and relax his or her mind from without any disturbance.

One of my favorite place in my village to hangout is Mum Resort in Iganga district
Mum Resort is a very big resort hotel which is widely known countrywide due to its status and the hospitality given to its customers . It offers variety of drinks and also has the best foods and snacks in the district

• Mum Resort has got very cool master bedrooms that are very nice looking with one of the best mattress in the country that are comfortable that you will feel like not waking up in case you sleep on the mattresses

• Mum resort has a very big swimming pool for both the young and old ones . The pool looks so beautiful and fun to swim in it

• The hotel has a very beautiful reception where clients first arrive before they proceed to other places in the resort

• The resort also has a resting place in the gardens where you can sit and refreshen your minds

SIPI FALLS

Sipi Falls is a series of three waterfalls in Eastern Uganda in the district of Kapchorwa, northeast of Sironko and Mbale. The waterfalls lie on the edge of Mount Elgon National Park near the Kenyan border

I have also been to sipi falls in kapachorwa uganda and that was in early 2020 when I and my family went for a vacation.
The place is really so beautiful and attractive
The roads leading you to the falls are so neat and good looking .i had fun in climbing the rocks though it was not easy to climb the top of the falls
By the way at the top of SIPI falls there is some group of people staying up there but I have forgotten how they call them that’s to say there tribe

RIVER NILE
I have also been to the source of river Nile
The river is very deep and wide with shallow waters

The Nile is a major north-flowing river in northeastern Africa. The longest river in Africa, it has historically been considered the longest river in the world. The Victoria Nile starts at the outlet of Lake Victoria, at Jinja, Uganda, on the northern shore of the lake.

It begins in the rivers that flow into Lake Victoria (located in modern-day Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya), and empties into the Mediterranean Sea more than 6,600 kilometers (4,100 miles) to the north, making it one of the longest river in the world. The Nile River was critical to the development of ancient Egypt.

• My best place that I have been to in Uganda is called Kalanoga Resort beach which is found in
  Busabala Makindye Sabagabo municipality, Busabala Close, Kampala

• Kalanoga resort is a very cool resort with a very beautiful scenery that attracts tourists and non tourists. The resort has a good conducive environment which makes everyone want to stay at the resort forever .

The green nature around the resort is so beautiful and nice for taking in pictures

• Kalonoga Resort has got a nice resting place near the waters where you can relax your body maybe after swimming with some cool fresh air around the place

• The place has very delicious snacks , food and drinks for-example rice , matooke , meat , chicken and drinks like water, soda, beer and many others

I couldn’t use my original pictures because I have been to these places in late 2020 and I used to take pictures using my old phone that got spoilt recently and all my data was erased
