EXHAUSTED 🥱🥱
Last night was quiet an interesting day. During the day, I had alot of reading to do as I have a paper on Tuesday to prepare for. I woke up and showered, took breakfast and started reading. I read upto mid day and then I headed to campus for an association meeting.
I am a finance and so my association is called MUFISA which stands for Makerere University Business School Finance students' association. It combines finance students in the university. We had a meeting because the outgoing president wanted to brief the applicants for the incoming cabinet. I am running for the office of general secretary and will hopefully swear in soon if all goes as planned.
After the meeting I came back and continued with my reading. At around 6:30pm, the girls informed me that they wanted to go clubbing so we all dressed up and off we went.
We went to a club in Bugolobi called Caliente. it's a fun place with good vibes. We danced the night away until we were tired. The party went on till morning. By 2:30, I was feeling so tired and wanted to go back to hostel and sleep. I asked the girls if we could leave but they seemed to still be having fun and so I sat there on my phone... exhausted and waiting till 4am.
At 4am is when we finally left the place. As it turns out, I realized that I would be sleeping for less than five hours and yet I have to go to church at 10.
This has been a long day. Hopefully I won't doze off during church service. Figures crossed🤞🤞.
Let's wait and see how that goes because I have zero intentions of missing church since we shall be hosting the arch bishop of the church of Uganda.
