PAYING TITHING. All Blessings Are From God.
Friday was the 16th of July 2021 and by all means wasn't my birthday.
It was not my birthday but I must say i got a huge surprise from my daughters. These kids at my place will always amaze me. They keep growing everyday both physically and emotionally and with this lock down, I think I will be seeing a lot more surprises.
Work was tedious and I got so tired out from office meetings and also with some of the meetings from Pathway connect that are used as a medium of studying in addition to the institute online courses that I'm taking. I must say it is very hectic for me especially on Fridays. (Image all the hectic things that can happen even considering you didn't get Nabbanja's money hehe).
When I got back home my mind was; What did they cook? Have they eaten? Did they shower? Well, I came home to a pleasant surprise!
I had always seen them saving up in a Piggy Bank or some sort of safe and I thought they were saving up either to buy cute dolls or dresses for their dolls or even to pay tithing at church because I always encourage them to pay tithing for whatever money they receive from me or any other person.
For those of you who do not pay tithing, it is a tenth of all the money that you receive that you pay in your church account as thanksgiving for having your Father's blessings in your life.
Well unfortunately, the savings were not for tithing. Not even for dresses and dolls, but they had saved to buy me a gift on my birthday. Since my birthday is in November, I think they thought it was way too far and they needed to buy the present as soon as they could.
They bought me a necklace, rings, stockings, a watch, a bracelet, sweets and ordered for pizza 🍕 (which obviously I paid for with my own money 😂😂😂😂).
And put roses all over my bed and bedroom. It was like a special day indeed. I felt so loved.
I'm still amazed at how lucky I am and even though I was so tired and they could see it, I managed to hug them and thank them, even telling them how much I love them and stressing how much they also need to pay their tithing.
Even as we participate on the Steemit platform and we make some money we should always think about paying our tithing to Heavenly Father for the blessing of Steemit. Which reminds me I haven't paid tithing for this month and well, let me go pay my tithing and see you all next time.

Yes. It's an important principal of faith. Someone with weak faith cannot have desire to pay tithing dear.

Tithing has really worked for me.when you give tithe you can never lack because God always provides however small the tithe can be..thanks for teaching them that...will teach mine too.

Ohhh, this is so heart warming. Children are indeed a blessing from our heavenly father. Am just imagining your face, seeing them with all those gifts😲😲 you deserved that pampering mukwano especially after that long day. And yes though from your pocket, you all deserved a pizza😂😂
