DIARY GAME | 15th August 2021. My Sunday.

It's been some time since I posted a diary game on this platform. I usually don't like doing diary games because they are like open books and I do not agree with the fact that a diary consequently becomes a public book that can be read by anyone. If it is a diary game then ONLY yourself and your diary are supposed to know what you did, what you are thinking, what you plan to do, etc. That is why I don't really do diary games but today, I will try doing It just for just. 😉 😉 😜,.....and I already feel compromised!! Haha.

Well my day was quite a day. We no longer have church so we have to pray at home. I woke up with the spirit of worship today and I was playing very loud worship music in the house since 6:00 am and it just got me into the spirit and I felt that all my troubles can't shake my faith. I felt the love of God and I felt He was closer to me in this moment. I knew instantly my day would end really well and that's exactly how it went.
I went to the garden after breakfast because I needed to check and prepare my garden for the coming season. I went with my cousins. After the short visit, I went to the nearby town to check on a few friends who were waiting for me at a certain bar (I don't drink) to discuss a few things about a get together that we're planning. And obviously my cousins wanted booz, I hear we walked a long distance to the garden! (I seriously need a car! 😉!)(Who doesn't?!! 😂).
I stayed there for 2 hours and then I had to go to Church where we had a meeting for the district council. The meeting went on up to around 6:30 pm, after which the head of the council dropped me home in time for the evening news and a nice hot shower.
As I have grown older in life I have realized that some things are not as important as we think they are. For instance I do not go out every Friday or every Saturday or every Sunday: let's say every weekend just to spend time with friends, just to enjoy life. Why?
Because I have realized quality time spent alone thinking about goals and reading or maybe watching a movie is much more valuable to me than time spent in small talk and blabbery. You can't blame me though, I am very much an introvert although many people think I am an extrovert. At this point, let me ask you a question; What do you think I am? Introvert or extrovert? Please be honest with me. The problem I have is that when I go quiet, just being my true self, people start to think something is wrong. They start asking me, "Are you fine?" Hhhhhhhh!!
I have also realized that it's not good to share all your personal life and experiences with social media. Every time you eat food or something fancy you put it on social media. Every time you buy a shirt, you put it on social media. Every time you buy a car, you put it on social media, every time you go to a certain place, you want to show people that you went there, you post it and it's just not right. Do you know why?

Because people begin to know what you're doing what, you're up to! They know who you are and the all the mystery around your persona disappears. Then you get boring and uninterestingly predictable. I choose to be mystical and quiet. Growing and not showing! It's more rewarding to see their faces when they discover your quiet successes, like boom!.!
Hmmmm. Anyway I think that instead of wasting my time on Facebook or Twitter or Instagram or any platform, I would rather just spend time on Steemit where I can write and earn. Don't get me wrong. They are good communication means, but using them wisely is very important. Did you know that these apps have a whole lot of info about you that they sell to advertising companies to stalk your browser? They know what you like, see, and live like. Your life is an open book, anyone can track you using your social media.
There's this movie I saw and a guy was able to stalk a woman, con and sleep with her, and kidnap her child only by following her on social media. When she asked him how he did it he said, " All of you educated psycos leave behind a trail about your lives on Facebook, easy! I know all about you!"
It's not easy but hey, we have been given this opportunity with technology, we got to use it well!

Diary games are really hard for some of us who like to live private lives but sometimes we got to write something on steemit that doesnot take a whole day of research .
