HIIT and raw vegan snack recipes

After a super hardcore core HIIT workout I made myself some raw vegan trail mix with goji berries, nuts, pumpkin seats and dates with fresh fruit.

I also made a smoothie with oat milk, dates, cacao, frozen banana and a few drops of peppermint oil.
