Travelgirl Teaches Chinese

Hi Everyone,

It has been a week since Baby E has been taught some simple Chinese and there has been some great progress. He can write the Characters for 1 -10 and words like big, small and person. These words are simple enough but also a necessity and used a lot in Chinese conversations. I deliberately chose easier words for hIm so he could gain some confidence as the prior to learning to write Chinese is that the characters are too hard to right with too many strokes. From the numbers, the numbers 4 & 5 are the hardest and he seemed to have no problems writing them with a few my special tips to help him write each character.

I am hoping to continue with teaching him Chinese after this pandemic is over and allow him to learn more as we go along as it will benefit him in the long run.
